President Museveni addressed the 5th Plenary Session of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) on December 03, 2003. He pointed out that Africa’s slow industrial transformation from subsistence agriculture has been a result of bad leadership and failure to understand the decisive roles of the private sector in building national economies.
