High Commissioner Bids Farewell

H.E. Francis Butagira, High Commissioner

H.E. Francis Butagira is due to leave Nairobi in May 2003 to take up his appointment
as Uganda’s Ambassador to Washington, United States of America. The new High Commissioner designate is Brig. Matayo Kyaligonza, formerly a Member of Parliament. Amb. Butagira’s farewell message will feature in the April-June Issue of this Newsletter.
